Longevity Personal Fitness is the Millburn/ Short Hill’s area’s first and only personal training studio and gym to offer a research-based functional fitness program to improve your health, support an active lifestyle, and help you look and feel better than ever. We adapt your training to your body's needs. We aren't after an ideal image. We go for what you need, which will ultimately give you what you want. 


We dont believe in the “one size fits all” or a factory-style workout. 

Our highly trained health, exercise and wellness staff follows a proprietary, knowledge-based foundation to design a fitness program specifically for you. Whether your goal is to increase your strength and mobility, improve your quality of life, have better posture, or just feel good, we provide personal training to keep you at the top of your game and doing what you love.
