Longevity Personal Fitness is the Millburn/ Short Hill’s area’s first and only personal training studio and gym to offer a research-based functional fitness program to improve your health, support an active lifestyle, and help you look and feel better than ever. I adapt your training to your unique body's needs and will design a fitness program specifically for you.

 

There's no “one size fits all” or a factory-style workout. 

Whether your goal is to increase your strength and mobility, improve your quality of life, have better posture, or just feel good, I provide personal training to keep you at the top of your game and doing what you love. You won't be just another face in the crowd.

I don't think your life should be focused on your exercise routine. I want you to spend your time doing the things you love and want my training to help to do those things. I value your time and your energy.
