At Longevity Personal Fitness the focus is on the movements we do every day: bending, reaching, rotating, squatting, pushing/pulling, and construct exercises that strengthen our ability to do these tasks, challenging our motor control, strength, and coordination.
Using proven health science methodology focused on maintaining a high level of mental and physical function, I'll offer options that are safe, fun, and beneficial.

Born and raised in Millburn, I have been on a path of studying the areas of fitness and health for over 30 years. I'm passionate about sharing my knowledge with individuals and groups to help them feel and move better. Beyond strength, I am specifically focused on the biomechanics of functional movement and bridging the gap between theory and practical application and how it applies to personal longevity. I am continually researching and exploring the latest theories on fitness training and movement to integrate new methods into my training sessions.
Throughout my career, I have worked with everyone from athletes to retired professionals. I am a Certified Functional Aging Specialist and have a B.S. in Biology from Kean University. Besides training, my personal passions are spending time with his family, Krav Maga Self Defense training, rock climbing, tai chi, and hiking.
