Not everyone can (or wants to) work with a personal trainer on an ongoing basis — and that’s okay. My TRAIN ON YOUR OWN program is designed to meet the needs of self-motivated folks who want a professional plan they can follow on their own schedule, in their own space. It’s the perfect balance of structure and freedom.
This Training Is Custom-Built For You!
Whether you have a gym to use, limited equipment, or no equipment at all, I can create a plan for you to train safely and effectively. Let’s get you started—on your terms, at your pace, with your goals. My goal is to meet you where you're at. I want you to get results and feel real, sustainable progress.
Here’s How It Works & What's Included

We start with an initial discovery phone call where I learn about your goals, your strengths, and your weaknesses. I can address any concerns and questions you may have and schedule our first session together.

During your first session, I’ll do an initial assessment so I can understand what your body needs and share with you warm-up and starter exercises (which you can start with immediately). From this assessment, I will then plan your training.

At our next scheduled session, I will coach you through the exercises I planned for you. I will record you performing each exercise with my coaching instructions as you move so that you can refer back to it. You'll never have to wonder if you're remembering the exercise correctly.
*Both sessions can be done at my Millburn, NJ Training Studio or via Zoom.

The package is $400. I suggest you work with the exercises for 6 weeks.

Whenever you want a new set of progressions, reach out, and I will reassess you and give you a new set of exercises. $300 for each additional training cycle. You are not obligated to continue.
