With over 25 years of personal fitness experience, Longevity Personal Fitness of Millburn, NJ is committed to serving our clients. Our personal trainers are highly experienced in working with all fitness levels and create individualized 30 minute fitness plans for each client based on their needs and goals. The gym sessions are thoughtfully planned and specific in their purpose.
We are proud to have a highly skilled training staff that has been with us for over 20 years at our Millburn location.
Dave is co-owner and senior personal trainer of Longevity Personal Fitness has been training individuals since 1991. He is native of Millburn, NJ and has extensive experience working with individuals and athletes at all fitness levels and ages. David has previously coached football and lacrosse at the youth and high school level. He holds a National Strength and Conditioning Association Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (C.S.C.S.) certification. David has implemented a cutting edge fitness programs for all ages. Personally, he is a football and wrestling sports enthusiast.
Mike is co-owner and senior personal trainer Longevity Personal Fitness. Born and raised in Millburn, Mike has been on a path of studying the areas of fitness and health for over 30 years. He is passionate about sharing his knowledge with individuals and groups to help them feel and move better. Beyond strength, he is specifically focused on the biomechanics of functional movement and bridging the gap between theory and practical application and how it applies to personal longevity. Mike continually researches the latest theories on fitness training and movement. Throughout his career, he has worked with everyone from athletes to retired professionals. Mike is a Certified Functional Aging Specialist and has a B.S. in Biology from Kean University. Besides training, his personal passions are spending time with his family, Krav Maga Self Defense training, rock climbing, tai chi and hiking with his dog.
Susie is a certified personal trainer at Longevity Personal Fitness and long time employee of over 25 years. Susie has a Bachelor of Science in Exercise Science from the University of Massachusetts at Amherst. Susie also holds a National Strength and Conditioning Association Certified Strength and Conditioning Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (C.S.C.S.) certification. Her favorite place to be is on the beach!
Joe is a certified personal trainer and has been with Longevity Personal Fitness since 1994. He has a Bachelor of Science in Exercise Physiology from William Paterson University. Joe also holds a National Strength and Conditioning Association Certified Strength and Conditioning Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (C.S.C.S.) certification. Outside of training Joe enjoys spending time mountain biking, rock climbing, practicing Brazilian Jiu Jitsu and most of all traveling with his wife.
Allison join the team at Longevity Personal Fitness in 2018 and is passionate about helping people live their healthiest lives. She holds a certification from International Sports Sciences Association (ISSA). She began her fitness journey as a yogi and obtained her 200-hour teacher certification from Laughing Lotus in 2006. Currently, she is working to obtain a Masters in integrative nutrition and herbal medicine from Maryland University of Integrative Health. Allison is passionate about fitness and wellness and is excited share this enthusiasm with her clients. In her spare time, Allison loves to cook, hike with her children and her dog, explore new places, and freelance as a floral designer.
