Is there really BETTER POSTURE? TRY THIS!
We actually need SPACE to move into and out of…“MANY POSTURES” in order to move and feel better.
💡MORE MOVEMENT = MORE POSTURES.
What I have for you today is a strategy that has been successful for folks who struggle with neck, shoulder, and upper back tightness and restrictions.
It’s a safe, easy, and an effective way to create more movement options, thus more postures for ourselves. ;)

STOP Falling Forward!
Most of the folks I care for struggle with persistent pain in some form or another.
Unknowingly to us, a possible culprit could be our tendency to shift our weight (center of gravity) forward...which can limit our mobility and movement.
I like this exercise as a great starter move to help us get going first thing in the morning or as part of our training prep.

ABS and ARMS
AB exercises should NOT be about the “no pain, no gain” nonsense. My approach to training the abdominal muscles is just like training any other. If done well with intention, our effort should help improve our aches and pains and minimize the risk of any painful flare-ups. Let’s check it out:)

Body Opening Roll
As we age, NOT addressing our posture becomes more and more limiting. And as a result, our comfort level and day to day movement can be negatively impacted.
Because of the wear and tear associated with all that, mobility issues that I find most commonly affect my folks, are those who struggle with being either, “hella stiff” [like me;)]…crazy arched…slouched, or just feel lopsided in their body.
Here is a strategy for those who struggle with all the above.

Sidelying Breathing and Body Opener
This move will help open the front of our ribcage (upper chest area) without causing excessive strain on our back.

ABS and NO ACHES!
If you're like me, and you’re tired of wincing in pain every time you “think” you are training your abs…then this is for YOU!

HELLA STIFF Arm Swings
A common complaint as we get older is just how stiff we feel. Here is a strategy that will help us loosen up and relax the best we can.

Do NOTHING and ROLL
How we’re BUILT… along with our genetics, daily wear and tear…CHANGES over time and NOT for the better. ;)

BREATHE your way to EASIER MOVEMENT
In order to move and feel better, our body needs to CHANGE SHAPE. And breathing is the fundamental way our body does just that…shape change.

The DAILY Roll
The rolling exercise I have for you today provides us with the ability to restore and maintain our "HONEST" mobility and functionality.
