Let's Talk WALKING! 4 Tips to IMPROVE Your Steps

Hey everyone! I want to talk to you about walking and the four things to keep in mind as you get your steps in. These simple walking tips will help you improve your stride, posture, and mobility so your steps feel smoother, stronger, and more balanced.
NASAL BREATHING: Simply breathing in through and out of your nose with your mouth closed.
EYESIGHT: Look out at the horizon as far as you can.
ARM SWING: Opposite arm and leg. Don’t be afraid to exaggerate it at first.
HEEL/TOE: You want to land heel-to-toe as you walk.
That’s it! Keep these in mind as you walk. Your steps will be much more efficient, you’re gonna move better, and feel looser throughout your day. Enjoy your walk!
