Let’s talk about join pain. Pain in general just SUCKS and it makes me think twice about everyday activities...what I really want to do and love. Never mind that I’m a personal trainer:)
Ignoring pain won’t make it go away. Nor will avoiding all the motions that create discomfort. The fact is, limiting your movement will weaken muscles and compound joint trouble, setting off a cascade of further problems. And while pain relievers may offer quick relief...fixes like these are only temporary.
