Longevity Morning Smart Moves Circuit!

Long road trip ahead? MOVE and FEEL better beforehand… anywhere, anytime! My “Morning Smart Moves” circuit is an AMAZING way to start your day!

Here’s what you’ll need: - Comfortable/clear space - Maybe a mat

- Block/Towel - Maybe a cushion or pillow for your neck/head. That’s it!


Here’s what you gonna do:

1) Longevity Daily Practice: Your STACK and EXHALE!

2) Then get your Lymphatic MOJO Moving

3) Morning Smart Moves:

SIDE LYING BREATHING

- Head/Neck comfortable

- Legs stacked/Knees below hips

- Feet against wall/Block between knees

- TUCK (Subtle)

- Full EXHALE (Yours!): GET ABS!

- Hold this position and breathe there: 5 - 7 breaths/side


DRUNKEN TURTLE

- Seated on Butt bones/Feet flexed

- Grasp below both knees/Elbows angled downward

- Full EXHALE: GET ABS!

- INHALE: Rock towards head

- EXHALE: Rock towards feet

💥STAY OFF YOUR NECK!!!

- Repeat: 12 - 15 reps


REVERSE LUNGE

- Stand tall through your upper back and neck

- Subtle TUCK of hips

- Full EXHALE: GET ABS!

- INHALE: Step back and down with one leg/Same side arm forward

- EXHALE: come to stand and cross-connect opposite knee and elbow in front of you

- Repeat: 6 - 8 reps/side


CRAB ISO:

- Seated on Butt bones/ Heels dug into ground/Feet flexed

- Elbows under shoulders/Palms down

- TUCK/Full EXHALE: GET ABS!

- EXHALE: Push ground away with your shoulders and arms (Don’t let your head sink between them!)

- Hold this position and breathe there: 5 - 7 breaths


STANDING TWIST

- Feet/Soft Knees/Hips same line

- Subtle TUCK of hips

- NASAL breath: normally in/out through your nose silently

- Rotate hips (r,l)/Arms swing naturally (Loose/Fast)

- Purposely tap front and backside of your torso simultaneously (with intention!)

- Repeat 12 - 36 times


Notice how you feel afterward? Feeling and moving better? YES!!! 💯
